interesting morning!

our quiet day at home took a very interesting turn early this morning when my darling Ebony decided to sit under our dining room table with my scrap scissors and give herself a haircut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this first photo sort of shows it off but the next two show the side views are much better.....

she did a good job didn't she????

yep definately had a good time with my scrap scissors!

so after a quick trip to our hairdresser Ashley, she now has a very shaggy bob....it's not too bad but you can't really see here how shaggy and uneven it is....god love it i could have strangled her!!! we decided a shaggy bob was better for growing back out then a short back and sides would have been...oh well a couple of haircuts down the track she'll have a nice short bob i guess...the little bugger!!! LOL

here is a huge share for you to check out...first up is the pages i did yesterday at Peta's class then there is the pages i have done for my Feb classes ...hope you like them! love this one of chantelle and some of her friends last october when we went to tocal house for an excursion to learn all about how things were back in the early 1900's.....we had a great day!

here we have my gorgeous girl dressed in a maid's dress...cheeky monkey had to muck around...her poor little face is so red....it was a really really hot day!!! i added a gorgeous Krissy fluffie to my page...i just had too..hehehehe

next up is a quick page of myself with ethan and chantelle at a little park near my mum's place..i just need to add some journalling...ebony chucked a tanty and wouldn't get in the photo....she had her own taken with just me later!! the little grommet!!

this page is of my big man just after he received his class medalion and award at the end of last year....he was so so happy about it....but i need some help with it girls...i NEED A TITLE!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!! hehehehe....


ok now some class pages!! this month i have used the gorgeous "love bandit" range from Bo Bunny...i LOVE these papers...but i am feeling a little mojo less at the moment so i do apologise for them being not very technical pages....

first up we have a layout of my mum and my brother graeme...mum always has trouble getting a photo of him where he doesn't stick his finger in the air at her in order to try and get her to not take it..she takes it anyway hehehe...so she decided if you can't beat em' join em'...LOL...the photos are 6.25x 3 and 4x4

this is my crew at the park again! i have used 3 photos 2.5 x 4.

this quick and easy one uses a 5x7...you can use either a landscape or a portrait photo for this one....aren't jesse and shaye just gorgeous!! not that i am bias or anything of course...hehehehe

the dunning crew or "D" crew as i put it cause the full name wouldn't fit nicely...hehehehe....this photo is my big brother Rob, his wife Lill and my gorgeous niece and nephews...this was taken at the engagement party and i just couldn't pass up scrapping it!! this photo is a 5x7 that i have cropped slightly...we will work out how much to crop it according to your photo on the day!

ok so i know it is strange for me to post a layout without photos but i just can't decide which ones i want to put on it...GGRRRRR it is driving me nuts!! you will need two 6x4's for this one girls or a 6x8 would look nice too......

i can't show you the sixth page yet as it is the challenge page for the month.....i'll so you after the class at the weekend....

what a day!!!

i had an awesome day today so i just had to jump on and brag about it a bit...hehehehehe...i went to peta's for a class today and not only did i get to create 4 amazing pages but i had the best company while doing it!!! it was great to catch up with friends like Peta, Kate, Amanda, lois and haylee while meeting new friends like Sarah aka sar from scrapbook savvy....thanks for such an awesome day girls "MWAH" and i hope we all get to did it again soon!!
i went to take pics of our great pages but my camera batteries died AGAIN!!! ggrrrrr ...so i will take pics in the morning and post them along with my FEB class pages......

woohoo schools back!!!!

ok so i know i am a couple of days late with this post as my kids all went back to school last thursday but hey...better late than never!!! hehehehe.....they were all very excited to be going back and ebony was really excited to be starting at her new pre-school....they are all loving it at the moment!!! woohoo...so i celebrated them going back to school by......... going to Peta's for a class!!!! woohoo i haven't done that in well forever!!!! it was great to catch up with pete and create some awesome pages at the same time....i just love them thanks honey...oh and thanks to kate too ( i think she was the designer on these pages)

my cheeky little bug ebony mucking around at aunty shorty's pool on christmas day...i think this is my fav layout....i am loving using fabric at the moment!!

yesterday the wonderful Rhonda from Stampin up showed us all how to make this cute easel card and little gift pocket/bag....they are a great idea and really quick to make....thanks rhonda ..we had a great time!!!

on a personal note.......

my gorgeous nephew Jesse and his beautiful fiancee Shaye celebrated their engagement on saturday night with a great party at telarah....they are a wonderful couple and we wish them all the best for their future together...i just know it is going to be filled with love...i love you both...xxxxx

hehehehehe...of course we made them do the official smoochy photo!!! can't wait to scrap these and some that mum took...god mum got some great pics....my batteries died!!! GGGRRRRR....anyway there will definately be some fun pages coming your way very soon....

on the class front...this month we will be using the awesome and oh so cute "Love Bandit" papers from Bo Bunny...i over shopped for the retreat so i am using these for this months classes instead... i only have 10 kits available this month so please make sure you book in quickly if you are interested in coming....i don't want anyone to miss out but due to stock issues 10 is the max i can do.....so far i have 5 people booked in so please be quick.....i am currently working on the pages so i will be able to post peaks very soon!!!

i have posted 2 more "getting to know you" posts on the retreat blog introducing you to Sandy and Kate Mc....so don't forget to check them out....things are coming together nicely for the retreat and a few little changes have been made so i will post the details on the blog for you all soon.....in the meantime....happy scrapping.....me i am off to finish a book in the peace...hehehehehe i am loving child free days!!!!

one wicked page!!

here is my page for one of the challenges from the Wicked Princesses CC which is still on girls...you have until tommorrow night to get your layouts in so go check it out!! anyway this is my layout for the sketch challenge....i have used some my little shoe box papers and HS felt butterflies that i got from Peta at SFS...and some Krissy flowers!!!

i just had to show you a close up of the flowers and butterflies cause well i just LOVE them!!!!

sunday scrapping!

after my class yesterday the girls asked if they could have a scrap while everything was set up so i thought why not!! maybe i'll get a page done too finally!!!hehehehe so we scrapped.....the girls decided that they really liked my "our fishy" page that i created using the scrap the girls january sketch so they copied it adding their own little touches along the way and they asked me to share them with you all.....the only thing i did was cut the paper pieces as i had to do them from some scraps...they just had to use the same papers too after all...hehehehe....so here they are.... chantelle's scraplift...she did a great job and loved sorting through the flowers and getting them just right...she also added the bling in her own pattern.....i think you did an AWESOME JOB sweetie!!!

Ebony's scraplift...i can't believe she didn't put flowers on it!!!hehehehe the girl is addicted to them but then again she was dying to get onto the next layout....ebony ended up doing 3 pages!!!

ebony calls this one her "best uncle's ever" page.....hehehe..she cut out the dinosaurs and trees herself...and yes i am totally bias but i think her cutting is getting heaps better ...she is only 4 after all...hehehe.....

for eb's last page (she took the photo herself..she is a big girl you know...hehehe) she just had to use flowers for Izzy..."it is a girly page you know mum!"......nothing else was good enough and please note they had to be some of krissy's flowers cause they are " the bestest and prettiest, thank you very much!!" ...hehehehe...and she is right about Krissy's flowers...i LOVE them too!!!! but this girl is getting way to fussy with her scrap stuff...gone are the days where i could pass off the stuff i don't like...hehehehe....she wants the good stuff!! hehehehehe...i might have to give her some chores to earn some money to get her own flowers i think...at this rate i won't have any left to play with....hehehehehehe..... the cheeky bugger!!!!!!!!!

i did manage one page...it is the sketch challenge for the Wicked princesses CC..i just have to add some journalling and then i'll take a pic and show you all........it is a quick easy page but the sketch was awesome and i just had to do it...i am really happy with it and had fun finally scrapping after trying to get to it all weekend!!! hehehehe...

what's happening???

hey there...so what are you up to this weekend??? me i am scrapping for the cybercrop at wicked princesses after i teach a class today...if you haven't checked it out yet you still have plenty of time to do some of the awesome challenges...the deadline for completeing the challenges is midnight on wednesday the 27th...so go for it girls....get scrapping....

i have also been checking out heaps of the new paper ranges being released soon....god there are so many beautiful new ranges coming out!!! i think i need to rob a bank but shhhh don't tell anyone ok....hehehehehehe.....i am hopeing to maybe have a little bit for the retreat but if not i have a huge list of up coming stuff to use for classess...we are in for a great ..oh i'd say at least 6 months worth of classes just off my list so far,.....hehehe...i think i better stop looking soon or my computer won't work from all the drool it is copping!!!

speaking of the retreat don't forget those of you coming to my retreat to keep an eye on the blog...lots of things are being posted on their all the time now....some sneaks peaks will be posted there soon too!!!
