go krissy!!!

for our august classes this month we focused on baby layouts using products from SEI......and here is what we came up with.....the first three layouts are the gorgeous work of the wonderful Krissy Christie.....they are just sooooooo gorgeous...i loved doing them...my boy versions of krissy's layouts are shown below also.....but first Krissy's..... "precious baby girl"

i created a double page layout but the photo turned out awful so i have the pages shown here separately...just keep in mind they go together.....this first one is the left hand side page

this the the right hand side page for my "sweet dreams little one" double page layout....i kept this layout very simple but added creative elements by using puff elements stickers, the cuttlebug and shapabilities die cuts.....

just a little close up of the cuttlebug pieces and the patterned papers we used.....

the three layouts above are the boy versions of Krissy's gorgeous designs as i mentioned before....

SNEAKY TIME!!

here are some gorgeous little sneak peaks from the awesome Krissy for you of the SEI chickadee/chickadoo classes we are doing this month...you are going to love these pages girls..trust me!!! hehehehehe....the photo sizes needed are listed in the class times section on the side of the blog,..the sneaks were made with the girls chickadee range.....boys will be the same just in their colours...i will have more sneaks for you tommorow night..so make sure you come back to check them out.... we will be distressing

paper piecing and fussy cutting with these pages as well as using the cuttlebug and spellbinders for some others....lots of fun to be had this month....there are still a couple of spots left if you would like to join us or if you would like the kit with complete instuctions we can organise that too....

sunday workshops

here is a little looky at the paper and embellies we will be using in this months sunday workshops...with our theme being baby i am sure you will agree these are just perfect! the photos aren't what i would call the best...the colours are a little off but they are better than showing you nothing at all......all kits have the same elements to them just either in the boy or girl colours.... here we have the papers for the "girl"pack..the reverse sides are plain colours to co-ordinate so i didn't bother photographing them...

next we have the label stickers, vellum quote and the 7 different 30cm pieces of ribbon we will use....

also this month we have these gorgeous puff elements stickers....and of course our bazzill (5) some gorgeous white thickers and some really cute mini buttons.....

this is the "boy" papers..they definately look so much nicer IRL...... and of course embellies.....

yep thats right i have finally done some updating on the book club blog....so check it out when you can.....some info plus the next book to read....
